The specific scope, delivery timeline, and fees for each service shall be governed by the individual service agreement signed by both parties.

  • Code and design work developed by the Company shall be transferred to the client upon full payment
  • The Company's general component libraries, tools, and frameworks remain the Company's intellectual property

6. Payment Terms

Service fees are determined by individual service agreements. General principles include:

  1. Fees are calculated in New Taiwan Dollars or another mutually agreed currency
  2. The Company reserves the right to suspend services in the event of overdue payments
  3. Deposits paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless due to a breach by the Company

7. Disclaimers

The Company's website and services are provided on an "as is" basis. The Company makes no express or implied warranties regarding:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of website content
  • The suitability of services for your specific needs or expectations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this website or services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
